MEET THE CODY MILLER GROUP

Crescent Realty Inc. was established in 1971 and is now one of the largest privately owned full service Real Estate Company's in Pierce County.

Cody Miller, Owner/Broker of Crescent Realty Inc. since 1982, is well versed in many facets of Real Estate transactions with over 35 years of experience. Ranging from residential subdivisions to commercial short plats, and large lot subdivisions, around the office Cody is our resident Real Estate renaissance man; And for those of you who are lucky enough to see it firsthand on the links, Cody also has one of the meanest slices Spanaway Lake Golf Course has ever seen.

Ruth Siegel started out as an administrative assistant with Crescent Realty Inc. in 1978. She found the business to be very exciting, and in 2000 furthered her career by acquiring her Real Estate License. For someone who absolutely loves the outdoors, she clocks countless hours in her office. Luckily for her she has a second story office with a dazzling view of the Crescent Realty parking lot.

Being sons of an independent business owner, Casey and Colby Miller have been around Crescent Realty Inc. for quite some time. Cody always made sure the boys understood what it meant to have a strong work ethic and to earn everything by hard work and determination. With that being said, it wasn't uncommon for the boys to be seen around the office either painting the parking lines or trimming the hedges. Naturally, the progression has been made, and like boys to men, Casey and Colby have made the transition from maintenance kids into full service Real Estate Agents.

Collectively, we are the members of the Cody Miller Group, and as you can see, we are all versed in various aspects of Real Estate, and we all bring something different to the table. Four individuals, four personalities, one common goal for superior client satisfaction.
